The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, (NAHREP), is a premier Hispanic trade non-profit organization 501 C (6) for professionals in the real estate, lending, and housing industry. We have over 15,500 member practitioners strong with 63 affiliate chapters and members in 49 states. NAHREP is a mission-driven organization that is dedicated to increasing homeownership and sustainability in the Hispanic community. The Nevada chapter is as well a Foundation.

  • Our Hispanic segment resents annual purchasing power of over a Trillion, the nation's largest and fastest growing minority group is reshaping the way goods and services are delivered across the marketplace. In the housing sector, Hispanics are expected to become a key driver in the first-time homebuyer market and will comprise as much as 40 percent of new homeowners.
  • NAHREP's Nevada sponsorship program offers companies a variety of ways to position products and services to Forty-eight percent of Hispanics who do not own a home are likely to purchase a home in the next two or three years. (Texas A&M University Real Estate Center)
  • Approximately 1.5 million Latino households will buy homes by 2010, but another 700,000 Latino families could become homeowners if the housing industry offered bilingual outreach, counseling and access to innovative mortgage products. Education

The U.S. Hispanic community is a broad mix of culture of Latin people from around the world. At NAHREP, our goal is to empower Hispanic real estate professionals through educational tools and programs that teach members to understand and effectively handle the cultural distinctions of their clients. This includes certification programs, seminars delivered by recognized experts in their fields, and a host of tools intended to help members run sound, prosperous businesses.
  • NAHREP has the first approved Certified Credit Course of three credits for all of Nevada real estate agents, “Tapping New Markets” The Hispanic Initiative. This initiative is offered in Las Vegas as well as Reno Nevada.
  • Online low cost pre and post licensing Continuing Credits courses.

NAHREP national conferences, seminars and local affiliate chapter meetings provide a forum for the excited exchange of ideas, experiences and shared challenges.
