NAHREP's mission is to increase Hispanic homeownership rates by empowering the advisors that serve them. We accomplish this by providing educational tools and a networking forum, and through the power of advocacy. We provide education directly to the consumers to empower them with the real estate process, product options such as down payment assistance and first time homebuyers education.
A board of directors, advisory and executive committees govern NAHREP and include highly successful practitioners, entrepreneurs, former government appointed officials and industry leaders from Fortune 100 companies.

With annual purchasing power of a Trillion plus, the nation's largest and fastest growing minority group is reshaping the way goods and services are delivered across the marketplace. In the housing sector, Hispanics are expected to become a key driver in the first-time homebuyer market and will comprise as much as 40 percent of new homeowners.

NAHREP members are an important link to Hispanic homebuyers. As trusted advisors, NAHREP professionals influence brand and purchase choices on a variety of products and services.
NAHREP's sponsorship program offers companies a variety of ways to position products and services to a key audience that is a vital conduit to Hispanic homebuyers.

We are the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), a non-profit 501 C (6) trade association along with a 501 C (3) Nevada foundation with over 15,500 members in 49 states with 64 affiliate chapters.

NAHREP is the fastest growing trade association in the industry and the premier organization for Hispanic real estate professionals. In nine plus short years, our membership has increased by more than 360 percent making NAHREP an influential voice on issues that affect Hispanic homeownership.

Despite recent gains, the Hispanic homeownership rate lags 20 percentage points behind that of the general population. There is still much work left to do. Our goal as an organization is to increase the rate of sustainable homeownership among Latinos by educating and empowering the real estate professionals that work closely with the consumers in our communities. We recognize that our bilingual, bicultural members are the key to helping millions of Latino families learn how to become homeowners.

As NAHREP continues to evolve and grow, our endeavor is to champion change in the housing and real estate industry that leads to programs and services better suited to meet the diverse needs of the coming generation of Hispanic homebuyers. Latinos will be the backbone of the housing economy of the future and it is our goal to ensure this new crop of homebuyers has the benefit of every advantage that enables them to attain and sustain the dream of homeownership.
